NZ Xtreme has developed an
Adventure Park system that acts as both a standalone attraction or as attraction as part of a wider investment strategy, usually involving a residential or club / hotel complex.
Investors simply supply the capital and NZX will run the park to the highest global safety and performance standards available.
Rates of Return are excellent and payback periods are usually well under the 2 year period.
Park costs can vary between $1.45m - $1.8m USD for a 3 - 6 ride operation.

NZ Xtreme Adventure Parks are Parks that are run completely by NZX.  Management of all Safety and Performance Systems within the park are provided by NZX.  This includes employment of all staff.
NZX Parks can start at around 5 acres (2 hectares) and can exceed 10 acres (4 hectares).
Ride options can start as low as 3 but typically 4 - 6 ride types make an ideal combination.
Other investors may already be running an Amusement Park and are looking to add value with a premier operation running within their current unit.
