Enrolment Procedure

1. To enrol students need to complete an Expression of Interest Form (EOI) available on our website or from NCBT staff / Agents and submit / post their EOI Form along with their supporting evidence to NCBT or to the agent.

2. NCBT will access the EOI and respond to the student with either an Offer of Place or a Decline Letter.

3. Student then applies for a pre-visa in his or her own country.

4. Upon acceptance of pre-visa the student sends fees to NCBT's Independent Trust Account (Number supplied with the offer of place letter). The student can pay for either one semester fees or two semesters to secure a place in the programme.

 5. A Receipt of Fees/ Confirmation of Enrolment letter is issued to the student to confirm their placement in the programme. This letter also includes details of the course start dates, arrival, pick up services and accommodation information. Fees are held in the Trust Account for 8 days following course commencement and then will be released to NCBT.

6. Student applies for final visa stamping.

  • Enclose verified copies of your academic records
  • Enclose work experience records
  • Enclose resume or curriculum vitae
  • Enclose evidence of English test result
 NB: Students from China and India may have to apply for their Student Visa and gain approval in principle before sending fees to NCBT(Check with NCBT or your agent prior to sending in fees).

Immigration New Zealand Contact Centre in India

Immigration New Zealand, New Delhi branch has appointed TT Services to manage a Contact Centre to support Immigration New Zealand in India with effect from 2 March 2009. In an effort to continue to provide superior and timely service to all customers, all queries for Immigration New Zealand, New Delhi Branch will be managed by a Contact Centre in the same way Immigration New Zealand calls are managed by a Contact Centre within New Zealand. 

From 2 March 2009 all general e-mail and telephone queries to the New Delhi Branch will be received by the Contact Centre staff who will reply to all general queries related to visa applications. Telephone inquiries will be answered from 9.00am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday. All e-mail queries will be responded to within 72 hours. 

Urgent queries pertaining to applications under consideration at the New Delhi Branch will be notified to the appropriate visa officer by the Contact Centre staff for a direct response. 

Please note that E-mail continues to be a preferred mode of communication.
